The Montessori Infants’ House is excited to be offering a Montessori Nido Playgroup, on Tuesday at 11.30am.
Nido (nest) describes the nurturing environment designed for infants and their Mother’s (carers) aged around 6-12 weeks up to 14 months old.
The Nido Playgroup will begin at 11.30am for one hour, after our toddler playgroup.
Our Nido Playgroup coordinator, Jo will be attending with her 6 month old baby. This is Jo’s third child. Jo has worked as an Infants’ House playgroup coordinator and Children’s House educator prior to her maternity leave.
Jo will set up a range of sensory activities and include some movement and music activities in the calm, peaceful and well equipped Montessori environment.
We run toddler playgroups and the kindergarten daily so this is a lovely introduction to our Montessori community of likeminded families.
We operate to the school term which is 10 weeks and costs $150.00/$15 per session.
